Add a splash of colour to your salad, or decorate a cake with beautiful herb flowers. Some have a spicy flavour while others are floral and fragrant. Our favourites; Nasturtium to add to a salad, for drinks we like borage, for fruit salads tangerine or pineapple sage, for decorating a cake we like scented pelargonium Attar of Roses, or heartsease. Experiment and see which ones you prefer!
