Very popular in Asian cooking, with a sweet citrus scent, it grows in a dense clump, and individual stems are cut off to be used. Use whole stems to flavour curries and stews, or slice it into smal chunks and add to stirfrys and soups. Needs to be kept above 10 degrees over winter.
