Leaves have wonderful aromatic flavour, use in soups, stews and casseroles. An essential herb in bouquet garni, with parsley and thyme. Can be trimmed to make dramatic formal shapes in the garden. 
Type: Hardy Perennial, will withstand temperatures down to -5. When temparature drops lower than this it will need protection. 
Height: 8m if left unclipped, but is happy to be trimmed to your desired height and width!
